That being said, these cases closely follow my process seen throughout other examples of my work!
Summary
The Strategy and Design for a ROI Calculator
I was a Senior UX Designer during a long term partnership with Juniper. Our role was to define and design a new Return-on-Investment Calculator that empowers Juniper's prospective clients to calculate their predicted savings by choosing Juniper over other competitors for long term use.
Actions Taken:
- Facilitated discovery with clients' major stakeholders in identifying the core data points that the typical prospective client searches for in their initial research to provide a stronger first contact interaction between clients and Juniper representatives.
- Visualized and Prototyped the possible solutions for data visualization that would best assist the user in making financial decisions, including the sequencing of possible data shown as well as the level of detail shown.
- Assisted in defining and sequencing the segmentation of data entries for a smoother user experience.
- Assisted in the detailed annotation guide for new and updated components to be packaged for the final deliverables.
